This book is the definitive guide to the Wudang Tai Chi Chuan weapon forms, covering all three of the weapons taught within the system: the sword, spear and sabre.

The book has 48 pages and is presented in a landscape format. There are 480 photos detailing all of the postures and transitions of the weapon forms. Some examples of postures from the weapons forms are also available on-line.

The Complete Forms of Wudang Tai Chi Chuan (DVD)

This DVD presents the complete forms of Wudang Tai Chi Chuan performed by Sifu Ian Cameron and is the ideal companion for the book.

Both the square and round versions of the handform are presented. Each form is shown once, but cutting between two camera angles ensures that no details are missed.

In addition, each of the three weapons forms (Sabre, Sword and Spear) are presented. Each of these forms is shown in its entirty twice, once from the the first camera angle and then a second time from a different angle.

The running time is approximately 50 minutes and it includes some bonus pictures of Sifu Cameron's teacher, Sifu Cheng Tin Hung. The DVD is available directly from Sifu Cameron.
