This DVD presents the complete forms of Wudang Tai Chi Chuan performed by Sifu Ian Cameron and is the ideal companion for the book. A short taster in Quicktime format is available for download. Both the square and round versions of the handform are presented. Each form is shown once, but cutting between two camera angles ensures that no details are missed. | |

In addition, each of the three weapons forms (Sabre, Sword and Spear) are presented. Each of these forms is shown in its entirty twice, once from the the first camera angle and then a second time from a different angle.
